Is the bot configured in the JivoChat app?
The chatbot is fully customizable on the side of our partners: Chatme, Plantt, Aimylogic and JAICP.
Will the agent see the user's correspondence with the bot?
The agent will see the dialog when the bot finishes the conversation, or when the client asks to transfer the chat to an employee. Up to this point, messages do not get into the Inbox.
Why does the bot not appear in the list of employees?
A chatbot is not an agent or employee. This is an integration with the chatbot provider, so it is displayed in the "Integrations" section.
Can I connect social networks and messengers to the chatbot?
Yes, the chatbot works in all channels that connect to JivoChat, except for email and SMS.
